Maintenance Supervisor

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Conduct preventative maintenance work.
• Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Maintenance of Electrical Kitchen Equipment’s
• Maintenance of Air conditioning System
• · First level of Trouble Shooting
• Maintenance of Chilling and Freezing Units like under-counter chillers, deep freezers, cold room
• · Maintenance of Generator / Invertor / UPS
• Overseeing and maintaining the electrical, Plumbing and mechanical aspects of the restaurant
• Preventive Maintenance

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
