Building Material outdoor salesman

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Salesman for Building Materials to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling construction and building materials, a strong understanding of the market, and excellent networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and engage new clients within the construction and building industry.
• Visit construction sites, contractors, and developers to promote and sell building materials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
