We’re Hiring: Business Advisor

Location: Musaffah M4, Al Fahim Building, Office No. 430, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Company: PAYBACK Accounting
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)

About Us

PAYBACK Accounting is a newly established accounting office in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We provide professional accounting and financial services and are seeking a driven Business Advisor whose main role is to bring in new clients and generate business for the company.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (required)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Patience, perseverance, and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 2,500/month

Commission Structure:

• 3% on monthly sales below AED 12,000
• 5% on monthly sales between AED 12,000–15,000
• 10% on monthly sales above AED 15,000

Minimum Monthly Target: AED 12,000

Additional Benefits:

• Etisalat SIM card provided

• Bus card for transportation

After 2-Month Probation:

• Company-sponsored residence visa
• Health insurance
