Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Sales Consultant / Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in business setup services within the UAE (Free Zones and Mainland), strong sales capability, and excellent communication skills.

This role involves guiding clients through the entire company formation process—from initial consultation to license issuance—while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Note: This role requires candidates who are currently based in the UAE and familiar with local business setup procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy on UAE company formation (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore) and recommend appropriate structures based on client needs.
• Manage end-to-end business setup processes including trade name reservation, license application, visa processing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Free Zones, DED, Immigration) to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Prepare, review, and submit all required documents for company incorporation.
• Stay updated on UAE business regulations, compliance requirements, and legal procedures.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, meetings, and email communication.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy (Free Zone and/or Mainland).
• Knowledge of PRO services, visa applications, and UAE company formation procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages such as Tagalog or Arabic are an advantage).
• Professional, customer-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
