Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong knowledge of import/export processes to support international trade operations for one of our key clients in the UAE. This is a great opportunity to contribute to projects focused on optimizing cross-border logistics, compliance, and documentation flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze import/export processes including customs compliance, documentation, and freight forwarding
• Gather and document business and technical requirements related to global trade operations
• Map current processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal development teams, service providers, and vendors during solution development
• Participate in testing and UAT phases to ensure delivery quality
• Collaborate with product owners across the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in import/export or international logistics
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
• Proficiency in data and project tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
