About the role
You'll be working with a team responsible in supporting multiple areas within Finance. You would need to be able to bridge the gap between Finance objectives and IT solutions. Areas of concentration are GAAP-reporting, master data management, FP&A reporting and project support.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen with supporting the project and finance systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure a successful and timely project delivery.
  • Support and contribute to projects and workstreams associated with significant transactions and ad hoc activities (ie: acquisition, process improvements, re-segmentations)
  • Master Data Governance (MDG) admin. Part of centralized team to analyze and process master data requests.
  • EPM Reporting Tools admin and MJE preparer. Work with the business unit controllers to address various ad hoc requests and issues.
  • Apply analytical methods to drive process improvements and facilitate effective issue resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. Prefer a business background rather than IT background.
  • 2 + years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Foundational knowledge in SAP and BPC are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools including Fiori, Webi, and Analysis for Office (AO).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate to peers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities while proactively seeking support when necessary

Work Location
