iTechnolabs. is hiring Junior Business Analyst.

Experience Required :- 0 to 1 year
Qualification :- BCA, MCA, Btech (cse), Mtech (cse), Bsc IT, Msc IT

We are looking for Business Analyst Fresher who will responsible for collaborating with existing & prospective clients to gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible across areas like requirement gathering & elicitation, documentation, functional evaluation and analysis.

Key Skills:

• Requirement gathering and analysis.
• Documentation (SOW, Estimation, Server Configuration, Project Delivery).
• Sprint planning and coordination.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of mobile and web application development processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
