Experience: 4 to 5 Years

We are looking for experienced and proactive professionals to join our team who can effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical capabilities, solid ERP experience (preferably SAP or PLM), and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document functional requirements
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, and validation of ERP/PLM solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams
- Assist in preparing training material and conducting user training sessions
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for implemented solutions
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field
- 4–5 years (or more) of hands-on experience in business analysis or functional consulting
- Understanding of ERP systems – SAP and/or PLM experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders across levels
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred:
- Exposure to Agile or similar methodologies
- Experience in cross-functional project teams
- Domain knowledge in manufacturing or product lifecycle management
