Job Summary

Office Automation Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical solutions while supporting project execution and senior leadership—particularly the CEO—in customer interactions and strategic requirement gathering.

The ideal candidate will excel in business analysis, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making, with the versatility to support project management activities and customer-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities1️ Business Analysis & Project Management Alignment

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Translate business discussions into clear, actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams
  • Support project scoping and definition during early project lifecycle stages

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business and customer data
  • Identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions
  • Support implementation of improved processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

Project Management Support

  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Maintain project documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, and change requests
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and risks

Stakeholder Communication & Documentation

  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business goals
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRS documents, user manuals, and status reports

Risk Mitigation & Quality Assurance

  • Identify potential project risks early and support mitigation strategies
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Validate data integrity and solution effectiveness post-implementation

2️ Supporting the CEO in Customer Interactions

  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discussions alongside the CEO
  • Capture and translate customer needs and pain points into structured business requirements
  • Support solution proposals by providing data-backed insights and feasibility analysis
  • Present KPIs, metrics, and ROI insights to support executive-level discussions
  • Track customer requirements and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM or internal tools
  • Act as a trusted interface between customers, leadership, and delivery teams

3️ Strategic Value to the Organization

  • Serve as a strategic advisor by providing customer feedback, business insights, and market trends
  • Enable process optimization across departments
  • Support leadership with actionable intelligence for informed decision-making
  • Demonstrate versatility across analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

  • 3.5 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience with ERP or other enterprise-level systems
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Exposure to project management methodologies
  • Certifications such as CAPM or PMP are a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
