Job Responsibility:
- Perform end-to-end incentive processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform ad-hoc business incentives simulation, data analysis requests with quick turnaround
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and knowledge of SQL, SAS, PowerBI or similar BI and Analytical tools will be added advantage
- Automate recurring tasks, simulations, processes, adjustments to reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain incentive-related datasets for analysis, insights and ad-hoc requests
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in outputs
- Effective workload prioritization
- Manage data-related challenges, timely communication with management and stakeholders for timely corrective actions where required
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Database Analytics or related discipline required
- Must have at least 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or data analytics (incentives/sales performance preferred)
- Familiarity with Retail Banking products, distribution, and sales structures
- Functional knowledge of banking MIS, management reporting, and performance KPIs
- Candidates should have good Communication and Presentation skills. Ability to liaise with business teams to perform best practice in data representation and data sharing
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Base SAS certified professional will be preferred
