Business Analyst

G MASS are partnering with a leading, high-growth Investment Bank in the Middle East to appoint an experienced Change Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong exposure to trading environments and capital markets products.

This role is suited to someone who combines hands-on change delivery with the ability to engage Front Office stakeholders and understand trading workflows, supporting a broad portfolio of initiatives across operations, technology, and risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate change initiatives across front-to-back investment banking operations, with a strong focus on Front Office alignment
  • Partner directly with Heads of Trading, Traders, and Sales to gather requirements, define target operating models, and support implementation
  • Translate trading and product requirements (e.g. equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives) into clear business and functional specifications
  • Support end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, from requirements gathering through to testing, rollout, and embedding
  • Maintain detailed project artefacts including RAID logs, project plans, and status reporting
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT coordination, and governance forums to drive delivery and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency across trading and post-trade workflows
  • Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory, risk, and control frameworks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Change Analyst, or Change PM role within investment banking / capital markets
  • Strong understanding of trading environments and front-to-back workflows, including exposure to Front Office processes
  • Working knowledge of financial products (e.g. equities, FX, fixed income, derivatives) and how they flow through systems and operations
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change initiatives end-to-end, ideally within trading or markets businesses
  • Ability to "speak the language" of traders and confidently engage Front Office stakeholders
  • Experience producing business requirements, functional specs, and supporting UAT
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Length: 6 months rolling contract
