Maimonides currently seeks a Business Analyst to be responsible for assisting in the development and oversight of all financial aspects and the budgets for all facilities and departments managed therein.


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Develop financial reports and analytics to track cost-saving initiatives and budgetary performance.

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, including vendor reconciliations.

Maintain professional service standards and adhere to all institutional compliance and conflict-of-interest policies.

Manage and processing of Requisitions

Work directly with AVP to generate and maintain budgets for the department

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 2 years’ related accounting or finance work experience: financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, requisitioning and purchasing, working knowledge of construction operations and facilities operations.
  • Familiarity with Peoplesoft Finance and GHX database Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to supervise, train, evaluate, and provide guidance to all divisional finance staff.
  • Must be able to stay on task/task oriented with attention to detail
