Job Description (JD) – Post-Sales Business Analyst (Product)Role Summary

Note : We Need Applicant should be currently based in Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Post-Sales Business Analyst with strong experience in Product Owner/Management–type responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring smooth project delivery and continuous product improvement. Exposure to eCommerce platforms (preferably Adobe Commerce / Magento) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams post-sales engagement
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Convert requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals
• Work closely with developers, QA, and design teams during sprint planning and execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support UAT by validating delivered features against requirements
• Ensure timely delivery by tracking progress and addressing blockers
• Handle basic project management activities such as task tracking, coordination, and status reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve product features and user experience

Required Skills

• Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and acceptance criteria
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage and prioritize product backlog effectively
• Basic exposure to project management activities (planning, tracking, reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in eCommerce domain
• Hands-on exposure to Adobe Commerce (Magento)
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system workflows
• Experience working in post-sales or client-facing delivery roles

Job Specification (JS)

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in Business Analysis / Product Owner roles
• Experience in Agile project environments
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms, preferably Adobe Commerce

Technical Competencies

• Requirement elicitation & documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per week
