1. Role Purpose
The Business Analyst (BA) translates business needs into clear, structured, and implementable

The BA acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that all requirements align with the organization's strategic objectives and technical architecture.
The BA will play a central role in the SIS war-room delivery — a fast-paced, intensive execution
environment — while also supporting requirements across the CRM, ERP, and LMS platforms.
2. Scope of Work
The Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation across various departments, developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligned with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) methodology. A primary focus is ensuring functional clarity and defining clear system boundaries to prevent overlap. The BA will also support change management activities and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability of documented processes.
