Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria

Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation

Create documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
-
Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes
-
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
-
Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
-
Strong understanding of Banking business processes and system workflows
-
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
-
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
