Business Analyst - FF&E

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing high level planning and analytical support for their assigned in-center business(es). This includes closely partnering with business operations to analyze data and provide insights, create and maintain reports, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.

The ideal candidate will combine financial and data analytics to measure KPI’s and drive process improvements utilizing Microsoft Excel and industry-leading computer software such as Alteryx, Domo, and Workday/Adaptive.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business operations to drive improvements by analyzing financial and operational data
  • Supports the ongoing design, development, deployment and maintenance of reports
  • Serves as point of contact for business and club operators to answer ad hoc questions
  • Prepares, submits, and maintains budgets and forecasts; coordinating activities across finance and operations
  • Collaborates with corporate management to drive business improvements through unstructured problem solving

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operational, financial or general business analysis
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, or Alteryx
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Ability to navigate unstructured problem solving
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
