Business Analyst (Fresh Graduates)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate in Software Engineering who is eager to learn, analyze business needs, and bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support senior analysts in preparing functional specifications and process flows.
• Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project goals.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Help in preparing reports, presentations, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (SE)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Jira, or other project management tools (a plus but not mandatory).
