Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution implementation across various projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure business needs are accurately captured and translated into high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, review, and validate business needs through requirement workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or optimization.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, and other technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case reviews, execution support, defect tracking, and final sign-off.
  • Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Coordinate requirement changes, clarifications, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices, documentation standards, and delivery processes.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, or process modeling is considered a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar analysis platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software project lifecycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
