Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and analytical CRM / Sales Analyst to join our Kuwait team. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s CRM system, analyze sales performance, monitor sales targets, and design effective incentive and commission programs. This role plays a key part in providing insights and data-driven recommendations that support the growth and performance of the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and regular updates.
- Segment and profile customers for targeted sales and marketing activities.
- Generate CRM-based insights and dashboards for management.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to enhance CRM functionality and reporting efficiency.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance across all SMSA business lines (Express, Freight, Land Freight, and Fulfilment).
- Prepare accurate and timely sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention trends.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data analysis.
Sales Target & Incentive Management
- Work with management to define and assign sales targets across the team.
- Monitor achievement of sales goals and performance metrics.
- Develop, manage, and monitor sales incentive and commission programs.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate calculation and payout of commissions.
- Provide insights to refine targets and improve team motivation and productivity.
Business Insights & Process Improvement
- Identify customer and market trends to support decision-making and growth.
- Recommend improvements to CRM workflows and reporting structures.
- Support the sales team with training and guidance on CRM tools and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company data privacy and security policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, sales reporting, or business analytics (preferably in logistics or express industry).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
