Business Analyst / Management Associate (FMCG Industry)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical, dynamic, and driven professional to work closely with senior management and directly report to the Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can analyze business operations, support decision-making, and drive performance across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Work closely with the Director on day-to-day business insights and reporting
• Analyze sales performance, costs, and operational data
• Coordinate with multiple departments including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics
• Monitor and improve business processes and efficiency
• Support activities related to FMCG operations, import/export, and supply chain
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
• Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a high-pressure environment

Requirements:

• Strong background in Finance / Accounting / Business Analytics
• Experience in FMCG, trading, or import-export industry preferred
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Immediate joiners preferred
