We are looking for a versatile Part-Time BA-PM to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining project scopes, and managing the end-to-end delivery of software features.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract and document business requirements.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed User Stories and Functional Specifications.
- Create wireframes, process flow diagrams, and data mapping to guide the development team.
- Conduct "Gap Analysis" to identify improvements in existing software workflows.
2. Project Management
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and release plans.
- Lead Agile ceremonies within your part-time window.
- Manage the project backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on business value and technical effort.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and blockers.
3. Quality & UAT
- Define "Acceptance Criteria" for every task to ensure the dev team knows exactly what "Done" looks like.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients or internal stakeholders to validate that the final product meets requirements
Qualifications :
- Experience: 2–4 years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the software industry.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
- Tools: Mastery of Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Monday.com. Proficiency in diagramming tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills
- Communication: Flawless English (written and verbal) is mandatory for creating clear documentation that lives on while you are offline.

- Project Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
