Business Analyst & Sales Executive (Temporary)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business analyst
- Support BP Team with sales reporting & business analysis: monthly report, product performance, business review preparation
- Responsible for stock management: ensure right stock level & healthy SOSI ratio, novelty listing, stock accuracy & uploading of stock in Bvlgari platform
- Monthly check of excel sell-out received vs digital warranties activated
- Coordinate & support on quarterly business review with partner & top management presentation
- Check Business partners Sell-out accuracy (sales declaration)
- Upkeep of Bvlgari online Network Database
Business development
- Support Commercial director in Wholesale expansion strategy
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Support in the compiling of commercial briefs and financial recommendations
- Support in arranging meetings with prospective partners
- Support in preparing sales contracts for all new openings
- Gather post-installation report from the client -photos of new fixtures + snags list
- Support Commercial Director in the CAPX allocation for budget preparation and during financial revisions
CRM & Training Coordination
- Support CRM & BP team in the implementation our clienteling app
- Support BP team in the retailization roadmap : ensure implementation of hospitality guidelines, roll out Care services
- Coordinate with training teams the training strategy : assess partners need (frequency, level, product, brand, etc.) & co-build quarterly training calendar
- Coordinate trainings implementation : dispatch of registrations, invitations to clients, track attendance
- Academia Management (self-study app)
- Inform clients when a new module is launched and follow up on completion
- Quarterly performance recap to be shared with clients, Training & Sales teams
- Direct point of contact with Central Training for any adhoc requests + competitions
Visual Merchandising
- Be key interlocutor for all VM : collaborate & coordinate with VM & merchandising department BP needs
- Follow the support budget management for VM across all channels (TR / FR / WHL)
- Support partners in placing orders for new display materials through VM specialist
- Follow orders with Customer Service in Dublin and update clients on logistics flow
- Support local VM with dispatch of global guidelines to clients and request any reports required (usually an adhoc basis)
- Manage the ordering of POS artworks through the GMG platform
Marketing & Trade marketing
- Support in coordinating all commercial fairs organization (Watches & Wonders, Geneva Watch Days, Roadshow)
- Support in top management market visit preparation
- Act as intermediary between client and marketing department to promote smooth communication and consistent follow-up
- Request monthly update on ATL and BTL investments and spending from respective marketing colleagues
- Commercial carnet
- Receiving any carnets for the department and running a stock check against the shipping documents
- Oversee the consignment form process for any pieces borrowed
