Job Purpose:
Executive - Business Analyst supports business development by analyzing market data, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to inform strategic decisions. This role involves managing data, conducting market research, supporting project evaluations, assisting with preparation of documentation and reports to facilitate informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Market and Financial Analysis

Conduct market research to analyze trends, demand, and potential opportunities for city-side development. Assist in preparing feasibility studies for proposed developments, including retail, hospitality, and commercial spaces.

Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations that offer insights into market dynamics, helping guide strategic decision-making and shaping future business strategies to align with overall organizational goals.
Data Management and Reporting

Manage and meticulously analyze business development data to support ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring that all data is accurate, reliable, and effectively communicated and maintained.

Prepare and maintain thorough reports on performance metrics and project progress, offering valuable insights into business development activities and contributing to informed decision-making processes within the organization.
Supporting Project Evaluation

Provide essential analytical support in the evaluation of business development projects by assisting in the preparation of detailed project documentation and contributing to comprehensive performance assessments.

Analyze project data and outcomes to offer recommendations for improvements, thereby supporting the successful execution of projects and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Competitor Analysis and Market Research

Conduct preliminary analyses of competitors and performing market research to support the organization’s business development efforts, including gathering data on competitors, market conditions, and industry trends.

Analyzing findings to identify emerging trends and opportunities, offering insights that inform strategic planning and support the development of effective business growth strategies.
MIS & Reporting

Work with the Heads to create and manage MIS trackers for departments and report any discrepancies after thoroughly analysing the data from these trackers on a regular basis.
Documentation and Report Preparation

Assist in the preparation of detailed project documentation and reports related to business development activities, ensuring that all information is accurate, comprehensive, and effectively communicated.

Provide thorough updates on project progress, market analysis, and performance metrics to support business development efforts and enhance strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Master / Bachelors of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, or Strategy
Additional certifications in data analysis or project management from recognized Indian institutions can be beneficial.
Work Experience
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or strategic planning within the aviation or infrastructure sectors with a Proven track record of supporting large-scale projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience in working with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders in the aviation industry is beneficial.
