Business and Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is the strategic driver of Al-Rashed Transport’s market growth. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it focuses on developing and implementing growth strategies while engineering logistics solutions that integrate our core hubs in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah into clients' supply chains. The objective is to position the company as a leading inland carrier in the Kingdom through proactive market expansion, strategic partnerships, and high-level relationship management.

Job Responsibility:

• - Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across the Kingdom.

• - Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with Al-Rashed Transport’s growth objectives.

• - Engineer innovative logistics solutions integrating our hubs in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah into clients’ supply chains.

• - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

• - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

• -Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• -Monitor KPIs, prepare business development reports, and present growth performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within transport and logistics.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and deal closing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring teams.

• Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relationship management and client retention expertise.
