Job Summary
The Business Center Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily management of a business center, co‑working space, or serviced office environment. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent client service, strong sales performance, and effective team leadership, with the goal of maximizing occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee all daily operations of the business center, including meeting rooms, office spaces, and shared facilities. Indeed

- Coordinate maintenance, vendor services, supplies, and facility equipment. Indeed

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Indeed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant requests, feedback, and concerns. Indeed

Sales & Revenue Growth

Reporting & Administration

Qualifications & Skills Education

- UAE or regional service office experience is an advantage.
