Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans with assigned leads, focusing on long-term growth and client satisfaction.
• Design strategies and plans for client acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Assist in the execution of plans and strategies, overseeing progress and development.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, educate, and supervise the business development team, ensuring project achievement.
• Manage business deals, contract negotiations, and operational activities.
• Provide detailed reports and updates to upper management on market trends, new opportunities, and performance.
• Suggest improvements in existing products and services based on market analysis.
• Handle client queries and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant metrics.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Any graduate (Female Fresher’s preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the business development field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Security
• Knowledge of ISO and other product standards is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and a confident approach to building new relationships
• Ability to maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
• Presentable, responsible, and bold attitude
