Job Summary

The Business Coordinator will support daily business operations, facilitate communication between departments, and ensure smooth execution of projects and administrative processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily business activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and business documentation
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and operational data
  • Support business development activities, including client follow-ups
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and company events
  • Monitor operational processes and suggest improvements
  • Assist in procurement coordination and administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational and coordination issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in business coordination, administration, or operations roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in business operations or project coordination
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM or business management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
