Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily business operations by coordinating between technical, sales, and administrative departments.
  • Manage executive schedules, organize high-priority meetings, and prepare comprehensive business agendas.
  • Oversee the flow of documentation, ensuring all contracts, permits, and business licenses are up to date and compliant with local regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for vendors and external partners, managing procurement and service level agreements.
  • Track project timelines and internal KPIs, providing regular status updates to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense tracking, and basic budget monitoring.
  • Streamline office procedures to improve overall departmental efficiency and reduce operational friction.

Skills and Requirements

  • Operational Coordination: Proven experience in office management, project coordination, or a generalist business support role.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and CRM software.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Arabic is a highly valued asset for our regional operations.
  • Problem Solving: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to navigate administrative hurdles and find efficient workarounds.
