Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between executive management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure business processes run on schedule.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for high-level meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in project tracking, ensuring that department deliverables meet established deadlines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement requests for office and operational supplies.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Provide support in analyzing operational data to suggest improvements for business efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to manage multiple calendars, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication Excellence: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic proficiency is highly regarded.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and resolving them independently.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations-support role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
