Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations and maintain effective communication between departments.
• Schedule and organize internal meetings, client presentations, and company events.
• Assist with the preparation of business reports, proposals, and financial documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and procurement of office supplies.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval.
• Support project timelines by tracking milestones and following up with team members on deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus on the details.
• Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal); Arabic is a strong plus.
• Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Problem Solving: A proactive mindset and the ability to find creative solutions to operational challenges.
• Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
