Business Developement Executive

About the Role

Sidat Technologies & Digital is seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development Executive team. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, tracking sales opportunities, coordinating meetings, and handling follow-ups that drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented communicator with 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications through emails, calls, and messaging platforms; ensure prompt and professional responses to all inquiries
  • Track and follow up on sales leads, proposals, and quotations to ensure timely closure and client satisfaction
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations between BD executives and clients with comprehensive documentation
  • Create in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks by gathering information and formatting professional documents
  • Create and maintain detailed client databases, contact lists, and transaction records with accuracy
  • Generate sales reports, activity summaries, and business metrics for management review and analysis
  • Support contract management including document preparation, tracking, and archiving
  • Liaise between the BD team, product teams, and client success departments to ensure smooth project transitions
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential client targets to support business development strategies
  • Manage calendar and administrative tasks for the BD executive to maximize productivity and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in business development, sales support, account coordination, or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong professional etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
