DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE

As part of our development, we are looking for a Business Developer in Turkey to develop and expand into the Eastern European market.


The position missions will be as follows.

  • Be in charge of promoting and selling our maintenance, rental, leasing, pooling and fleet management service solutions.
  • Provide a solution to each customer's specific requirements.
  • Respond to a call to tender, formulating offers and negotiating contractual terms and conditions
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and our service teams for all matters relating to the contract: production lead times, deliveries, after sales service, spare parts.
  • Perform machine acceptance checks at the factory.
  • Promote AES services to customers and during trade exhibitions, events, etc.
  • Analyse sales results to optimize figures and take corrective action (all managed Via Power BI)
  • Conduct market research to monitor competition and anticipate trends.

Profil recherché
DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL

With a master’s degree in sales, you have between 3 and 5 years' experience in the sale of B2B services.

You have demonstrated your ability to solve problems and work with different internal teams: engineering, after-sales, finance and legal. You have a good knowledge of international trade regulations.

You will be rigorous and methodical, and your team spirit and interpersonal skills will be essential if you are to provide a high-quality customer service.

As a Business Developer, you will occupy a key position with a great deal of autonomy, and you will be trained in our products during your integration.

Professional English (C1 level) is essential.

You will be prepared to travel frequently : 1 to business trips per month.


This is a home office position, located near the airport, with the option to use a co-working space.
