Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, and B2B channels.
- Write and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities in web, mobile, and custom software development.
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide solutions.
- Work with project managers to create accurate estimates, timelines, and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Track bids, follow-ups, and maintain a leads pipeline.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Bidding, or Sales (IT/software industry).
- Strong understanding of software services and development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
