Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, and B2B channels.
  • Write and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities in web, mobile, and custom software development.
  • Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide solutions.
  • Work with project managers to create accurate estimates, timelines, and proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Track bids, follow-ups, and maintain a leads pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Bidding, or Sales (IT/software industry).
  • Strong understanding of software services and development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
