Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation and outsourcing services.
- Engage and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships through effective outreach and relationship-building.
- Present and promote Sprouto Group’s staffing, software development, and digital service offerings.
- Conduct virtual meetings, consultations, and presentations to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with HR, recruitment, and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and delivery plans.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and performance targets.
- Represent Sprouto Group professionally across all client communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing, offshore resource models, and technical hiring workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach/automation tools.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
