​Job Description

​We are seeking a proactive Business Developer and Sales Leads Generator to identify new business opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and setting the stage for long-term business relationships.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Lead Generation: Actively research and identify potential B2B/B2C clients through social media (LinkedIn), industry directories, and cold calling.
• ​Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to prospects via email and phone to introduce Vaults Vision Services and gauge interest.
• ​Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• ​Territory Focus: Specifically target businesses and clients located in Bahria Town, DHA (Defence), and surrounding high-potential areas in Lahore.
• ​Reporting: Provide weekly updates on lead volume, conversion rates, and outreach activities.

​Requirements

• ​Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (B2B experience is a plus).
• ​Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• ​Familiarity with the Lahore business geography, specifically Bahria Town and DHA.
• ​Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or Excel/Google Sheets.
• ​Own transport (Motorcycle/Car) is preferred for ease of travel between these areas.
