Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal profile (e-commerce, service businesses, startups, etc.)
- Build targeted lead lists and keep them organized in a simple CRM / spreadsheet
Upwork Business Development
- Search and shortlist relevant Upwork jobs daily
- Write strong, customized proposals (not copy/paste) that highlight our capabilities
- Handle initial client conversations on Upwork and qualify leads before handing over to the team
LinkedIn Outreach
- Perform LinkedIn prospecting (founders, marketing managers, e-commerce leads, etc.)
- Send cold and warm connection messages and follow-ups
- Book intro calls by moving conversations forward naturally (no spammy messaging)
Cold & Warm Outreach (Other Channels)
- Basic outreach via email, DM, or other platforms where appropriate
- Follow-up sequences to convert “interested but busy” prospects into booked calls
Sales Support & Closing Assistance
- Coordinate with the team to prepare call notes, briefs, and proposals
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes clearly
Bonus: Development Background (Preferred)
- Understand web development basics (Shopify/WordPress/Webflow, landing pages, tracking, CRO)
- Ability to speak confidently about development-related scopes and projects during qualification
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development / lead generation (marketing agency experience is a plus)
- Strong Upwork experience (finding jobs, writing proposals, handling chats)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and follow-up systems
- Good written English (clear, professional, persuasive)
- Confident communicator who can qualify leads and set meetings
- Organized and consistent (daily outreach targets, tracking, follow-up discipline)
Nice to have
- Experience selling marketing services (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web design, CRO, branding)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) or simple pipeline tracking
- Development experience or understanding of dev project scopes

Compensation
- 5% commission on every closed deal brought in through your efforts with fixed salary
- (If needed, we can discuss a base stipend + commission after performance is proven.)

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
