Business Developer

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, LinkedIn approaching, email, networking).
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the agency’s capabilities and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
  • Understand clients’ marketing objectives, challenges, and target audience.
  • Tailor marketing solutions to meet clients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Support in preparing comprehensive proposals outlining the proposed marketing strategies, deliverables, and costs.
  • Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.
  • Work closely with other team members (e.g., account manager) to ensure seamless client service.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing best practices and industry insights to improve sales process.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry news.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
