Business Developer (Commission-Based) – Oman

Brainstormer Technologies is an innovative IT solutions provider specializing in software development, AI solutions, and digital products. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to expand our client base in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oman market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present and promote our services to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Provide market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities in Oman.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Compensation:

• 15% commission on every closed deal with no cap on earnings.
