Job Profile:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in bidding and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for finding relevant projects on various platforms (UpWork, Fiverr or local market), crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining client relationships to drive new business for our company. The ideal candidate has a knack for sales, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to write clear, engaging proposals that stand out. He will research and identify relevant projects based on our services and expertise and will work towards individual and team targets for winning projects and achieving sales goals.
Job duties:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in React, .NET, UI/UX, WordPress, CMS, Full stack, Shopify, and e-commerce development.
· Bid on platforms like Upwork,Fiver, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour etc to generate new business
· Analyze project requirements and create tailored, persuasive proposals.
· Highlight relevant skills and past projects to build client credibility.
· Demonstrate how our services can effectively address client needs in software and digital solutions.
· Gather and analyze client requirements for proposal development.
· Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, responding to inquiries and clarifying doubts initial and final meetings.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and expertise.
· Maintain organized records of bids, communications, and project details.
· Track bid success rates and optimize strategies for better conversion.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
· Fresher or Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, freelancing platforms, or a similar role especially in software industry.
· Strong understanding of software development services, including React Native, .NET, UI/UX, WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce solutions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Familiarity with Fiverr, Upwork and other bidding platforms, including best practices.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple bids simultaneously.
· Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
Office Location: E11/2, Islamabad
Job timings: 3pm-12 am (onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per day
Work Location: In person
