Key Responsibilities (Entry/Junior/Fresh)

• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) as a (Entry/Junior/Fresh) associate.
• Proposal Writing: Craft compelling bids, proposals, and communication strategies to win projects.
• Profile Management: Create, optimize, and manage company profiles on freelance sites to ensure maximum visibility for our (Entry/Junior/Fresh) team.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, handle inquiries, and ensure satisfaction through (Entry/Junior/Fresh) level communication strategies.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and conduct market research to identify emerging trends for (Entry/Junior/Fresh) growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Entry/Junior/Fresh)

Education: (Entry/Junior/Fresh) graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Media, or IT preferred but not mandatory).

Passion: A strong interest in Digital Marketing, Sales and Business Development for (Entry/Junior/Fresh) talent.

Tech Savvy: (Entry/Junior/Fresh) level understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and MS Office.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
