Business Developer Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9am - 5pm)
Location: Shara e faisal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Side (Principals Onboarding): Identify and approach multinational pharmaceutical companies; onboard new principals by negotiating agreements and terms; maintain long-term relationships; monitor market trends to target partners.
  • Selling Side (Vendor Development & Institutional Sales): Register Shelf Pharma as a vendor with hospitals, institutions, and large distributors in Karachi; ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements; develop sales opportunities; create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand sourcing and selling base; build industry networks; track competitor activities; identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance on contract terms and pricing; coordinate with supply chain/logistics for smooth operations; collaborate with compliance/regulatory teams for approvals and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical business development, sourcing, or institutional sales.
  • Strong network within pharmaceutical and healthcare sector in Karachi.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage both sourcing and sales pipelines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of compliance and vendor registration processes with healthcare institutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
