Business Developer/Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Generate leads and secure projects through strategic bidding
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients through Upwork messages and interviews
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Manage Upwork profiles, portfolio presentations, and bidding activities
  • Track proposal performance, response rates, interviews, and project wins
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Stay updated on Upwork best practices, bidding strategies, and market trends
  • Consistently work towards monthly project acquisition targets Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Upwork bidding experience
  • Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities
  • Understanding of digital marketing, web development, and technology services
  • Experience managing Upwork Connects and bidding strategies

Salary: 60k+commission

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
