Business Developer/Lead Generation
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements
- Generate leads and secure projects through strategic bidding
- Communicate professionally with potential clients through Upwork messages and interviews
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Manage Upwork profiles, portfolio presentations, and bidding activities
- Track proposal performance, response rates, interviews, and project wins
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Stay updated on Upwork best practices, bidding strategies, and market trends
- Consistently work towards monthly project acquisition targets Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Upwork bidding experience
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, and technology services
- Experience managing Upwork Connects and bidding strategies
Salary: 60k+commission
Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
