Job Description:

ML Bench is looking for an experienced LinkedIn Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client communication, and proposal writing through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and bid on relevant projects via LinkedIn
  • Communicate with potential clients and draft tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings
  • Maintain records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Meet lead conversion and sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in LinkedIn bidding or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services and client requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven

Timings: 11AM to 5PM
Working days: Monday to Friday
