Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and dynamic individual to join our pharmaceutical export team as an Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Prior experience in pharma is not mandatory, but the candidate must have a keen sense of responsibility, quality orientation, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing day-to-day export operations and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Handle documentation and logistics related to international shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods and compliance with relevant export regulations.
  • Monitor quality checks in coordination with the QA/QC team to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Support senior management in market research, lead generation, and customer service.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and help improve operational efficiency.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to the specific needs of pharmaceutical exports and international trade requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Business, or related fields).
  • 1–2 years of work experience preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take ownership.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Interest in learning about pharmaceutical industry standards and global trade processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
