Hiring: Business Development Manager / Sr. BDM – Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 5–10 yrs | IT Industry Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue & new business
  • Lead full sales cycles (pitches → closures)
  • Manage enterprise client relationships
  • Analyze markets & grow opportunities
  • Work with internal teams on solutions
  • Track KPIs, forecasts & performance

Requirements:

  • Strong B2B & enterprise IT sales
  • Excellent communication & negotiation
  • CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
  • Ability to manage large pipelines & targets

Note: Only candidates with IT experience from the start of their career will be considered.
