Business Development

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development professional with a strong background in the services industry. The ideal candidate must have solid core experience in IT sales and be capable of independently driving business growth in international markets. This role requires someone who understands client acquisition, solution-based selling, and revenue generation within Full-Stack IT and digital service environments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT and digital service solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Contribute to overall business growth strategy.

Requirements:
4+ years of proven Business Development experience in the services industry.
Strong experience in selling Full-Stack IT and Digital Services.

Good understanding of modern software development solutions and digital transformation services.

Experience dealing with international clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
