Business Development (Night Shift)

Jumppace IT software house is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development to join our team for the night shift.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Business Development
• Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
• Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach
• Communicate with potential clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in an IT/software house)
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn and work with clients
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms and lead generation tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours
