Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, data-obsessed Business Development Analyst to help us identify our next frontier of growth. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be the architect of our expansion strategy. You will turn market chaos into clear opportunities, providing the intelligence our leadership team needs to make high-stakes decisions on partnerships, market entry, and product scaling.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify Growth Levers: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitor movements, and untapped market segments.
  • Build the Business Case: Create financial models and projections (ROI, TAM, and unit economics) to vet the viability of new partnerships or internal ventures.
  • Optimize the Funnel: Manage and audit our CRM data to identify where deals are stalling and recommend process improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Synthesize Insights: Transform complex datasets into "board-ready" visualizations and slide decks that tell a compelling story.
  • Support Deal Flow: Assist in the end-to-end execution of strategic partnerships, from initial outreach and vetting to due diligence and contract finalization.

Who You Are

  • A Storyteller with Data: You don't just hand over a spreadsheet; you explain what the numbers mean for our bottom line.
  • Strategically Minded: You can zoom out to see the "big picture" of the industry while remaining meticulous about the details in a contract or financial model.
  • Tech-Savvy: You move fluidly between Excel, CRM and Power BI tools.
  • Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a task list—you see a gap in our market knowledge and go find the answer.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in business development, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hard Skills: Mastery of Excel and proficiency in MS Office
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a persuasive and engaging approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • A positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work from home on Friday's.
