Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who can drive revenue growth through client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and onboard new clients (startups, SMEs, corporates, freelancers).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals.
  • Create and execute B2B sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and website updates for lead generation.
  • Create engaging content (blogs, posts, reels, email campaigns) aligned with brand positioning.
  • Track analytics and campaign performance; optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Strengthen online brand presence through community engagement and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales and digital marketing (preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or similar sectors).
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM tools, Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graduate degree required; MBA/Marketing specialization preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
