Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Associate to help expand our client base and boost sales across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The successful candidate must have solid knowledge and experience in facility and building maintenance services, including AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and delivering consistent sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility and building maintenance.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct meetings, present services, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and client feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Essential knowledge of facility/building maintenance services (AC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with facility management services is required.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
